Micro source big issue in r1031 #1292

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just installed r1031 over r1027, without any changes to its settings.
2. Mic source has always been set to 'Default'. Not anymore. I can only be
heard on the phone's earpiece if I set the Mic source to 'Mic'.
3. No bluetooth headset support just by turning on the BT headset anymore. In
'Default' mode, voice is routed to the bluetooth SCO connection only if CSS's
process is killed and re-launched, for it to recognize the active BT link at
init time.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Microphone source should work in 'Default' mode, as it has always been, thus
dinamically routing the voice path to the correct channel.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r1031 (trunk) running on a Motorla Defy flashed with walter79's MS2Ginger 1.0.

Please provide any additional information below.
I suppose if mic source 'Default' issue is fixed, voice path would flow through
either the phone's earpice and built-in microphoneb, or bluetooth SOC
communication (just by turning the BT heaset on, as always).

This is getting somewhat funny. After killing and relaunching CSS with the BT
connection to the headset established, sound is now being picked from the
headset's mic, but played on the phone's speakerphone!
