Not incoming sound with Localphone.com on Wifi #1298

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have an account with localphone.com
2. Use the wizard to connect with localphone.com account. (Make sure you use
the Sip id and password found on the dashboard under internet phone tab and not
your email and password from localphone account)
3. Make a call to a normal phone (you need some credit for that on localphone.
May work with the free first 5 mins). Make sure you use a WIFI connection and
not your 3G or 4G.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I can talk and people hear me but I cannot hear anyone. Looks like it is only
happening when using WIFI connection.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CSIPSIMPLE and Android 2.3.5

Please provide any additional information below.

Is there some special firewal on the wifi you are using?
Sometimes wifi access points blocks some range of ports. In this case could be
interesting to test other RTP ports.
If you can confirm it occurs on all wifi access point to help to understand if
it comes from the access point or from some configuration in csipsimple. As
Localphone wizard should already activate STUN, this setting which usually is
the root cause of this kind of problem should already be fine. But worth to
check (in settings > network > Enable stun).

Also if you can get logs. See HowToCollectLogs wiki page.

I had the same issue, review the codecs, I have disabled some of them and it
worked. Related Issue is 1076. I left only GSM 8 kHz enabled.
