Bluetooth doesn't work on T-Mobile Motorola DEFY, Android 2.2.1 #1301

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Pair headset,
2. Originate call,
3. Enable bluetooth mode,
4. There is no volume neither from phone nor from headset.
5. Disable bluetooth mode,
6. There is volume from phone.

CSipSimple v0.02-03 r944, Android 2.2.1 T-Mobile (they have their own 
repository afaik).

BTW, is there a way to turn bluetooth mode on automatically when call sended or 
received?

not shure but 2.1 is very old, i wonder bluetooth is working at all 
even wlan is not really reliable on 2.x and often goes to sleep without notice.
maybe an upgrade to a newer android version will help, the internet has plenty 
of solution 
one point to start is search for cm10.1 quarx ;)
