LG Vortex incorrectly routes audio to speakerphone #1308

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make or receive a call.
2. Confirm speakerphone feature is disabled
2. Confirm audio is being played through the speakerphone

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Audio should be routed to earpiece.  It comes through speakerphone instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

CSipSimple 0.02-09r1034
Android 2.2.2 (build FRG83G)
Anrdoid SDK 8

Please provide any additional information below.

model: Vortex (upper case V)
product: thunderc
brand: verizon (lower case v)

I am able to work around this issue disabling "Force Audio" on this phone using 
a dev release of csipsimple.
