What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attach a wired headset.
2. Make a SIP call.

What is the expected output? 
One should be hearing the other party through the headset only.

What do you see instead?
Sound alternately comes through the headset or through the phone's earpiece 
(one at a time).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CSipSimple nightly 0.02-03 r1032 on Samsung Galaxy S2 running Android 2.3.5 
(XXKI3 firmware)

Please provide any additional information below.
I have used the original Samsung headset for my test.
Everything works fine with mobile call.
Anyway, the same issue occurs when making SIP call through the native Android 
SIP stack (enabled thanks to a hack).
