Arabic messages are not readable (encoding not supported) #1315

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Send a text including Arabic characters for example: (اختبار)
2.When message is received, it is not displayed correctly.
3.Rectangles and English letters are displayed as the message content.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect the message to be received with the correct encoding probably (UTF-8)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

0.02-03 r944
