Wrong proxy for Austria/A1 provider template #1321

I like that csipsimple has a account template for A1 over IP, the sip service 
of my wireless provider here in Austria. Unfortunately the proxy setting is 
wrong. It should be "sip.a1.net", but it is "a1.net". If I switch to the expert 
assistent and change the proxy the connection works.

The FC issue is really fixed. There is even a new popup window for the test 
call. Nevertheless, there is no audio, at all. I've tried to change the mic and 
audio settings, but, as soon as I save them, they automatically go back to the 
default value
