G723.1 codec #988

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.add codec voip G.723.1
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Could add the codec G723.1 5.3/6.3 kbps. Ever used this codec rather through my 
voip server and got good results with it. To be honest I prefer the G723.1 than 
the G729 because I think with the quality than the G729 and G723.1. In addition 
to that used for the consumption of 3G internet and not very high. And I have 
to license these two codec.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

LG Optimus one 2.2Froyo and csipsimple rev 885

Please provide any additional information below.

Every day I make the installation of the latest revision nightlies for always 
being updated.

Ok why not. As usually with codec that's very tricky to know what could be done 
with license.
Besides this one is not supported by pjsip for arm devices. 

So for G723 the first thing to get is some implementation for pjsip that work 
on non IPP cpus.
