Delete single call in log, delete all calls in log #147

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Display call log
2. Try to delete an entry or clear the log

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected: Context menu for deleting
Found: No long-click support at all

See r200. There was old/unused code for making call from a context menu. I 
removed this because a tap on the log or the telephone icon both call the 
entry. The context menu offers only deleting the current log entry or the 
entire list of calls.
