Choosing of SIP providers from text dial panel on version 0.00-12-25

Glad to know that choosing of SIP providers when dial out (not from call log) 
is implemented in this version.

It seems to dial out at the text dial panel from the first account even I chose 
the second account at the numeric dial panel.

It also seems that the setting on numeric dial panel does not work on text dial 
panel.

Lol yes that's true it is the first step of the implementation. One dialer only 
for this version. It s a dev version and I'm aware of text dialer miss this 
feature but it's because I want to implement things a little bit differently 
for text dialer in order to provide the best ergonomic interface.
You'll also notice that I didn't implement account reordering yet but I think 
that the digit dialer account chooser is not so bad for 4 hours of work …;)

Text dialer now provide a way to choose account too : -12-26
