Feature Request "Always PSTN for some phone prefix" #55

It was very useful to define a rule to call always throw PSTN for some
prefix, for example my PSTN dialing plan to call national mobile numbers is
better then SIP but not for landline or international numbers.
so if i can define that the numbers starting with "00393" (all my national
mobile numbers) go throw PSTN i could config sipdroid with the option "SIP,
when available"  turned on.
