I think the issue is not to recognize *incoming* calls, but to understand if
the call
I'm making is going through SIP (as it is supposed to) or is using PSTN (if I'm
not
wrong this happens when you have set it to use SIP but signal is not strong
enough or
for other reasons). The user should be clearly warned when a fallback to PSTN
happens. I didn't find any way to clearly understand this except for looking at
the
bill the next day. I would really like to have an 'only SIP' option in the
settings.

yes, my initial wish was to get a clear indication of voip/pstn for outgoing
calls.
Something like that ?
