3G registration fails, WIFI reg. works #87

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. disabling wifi on g1
2. enabling 3g connection in sipdroid

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- sipdroid tries to connect to pbxes, but gets an time out answer
- with wifi enabled registration works

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- Sipdroid-1.0.2-full.apk on
- cyanogens cupcake mod

Please provide any additional information below.
- tried to lower the edge strength option to 1 or even 0 (even though there
are 4 bars of connection quality) - no success!

You could try alternate ports. Which 3G network are you on? It might be not 
allowed to 
use it for VoIP.

yes. i had to switch to port 5061 on sprint and it registers.

I have the EVO by sprint and It will not register when trying to connect via 
3g. WIFI works fine. Once i turn off the wifi, i get a red light and then all 
calls stop.
