According to http://www3.pbxes.com/forum/thread.php?threadid=171 it should work
together with PBXes.

I have tried to set this up directly with Broadvoice and it won't register. I
also
tried the PBXes setup and the phone wont register with them either. I have
spent
hours trying to get this to work...there aren't that many setting in the
software....I have tripple checked userid password and server and it won't
register
on 3G, Edge or wireless with PBXes or Broadvoice.

So you have no clue at all. Then this does not qualify as a bug report. Find
out more
or ask in the users' group, please.

It's a bug if the software won't register. It appears others have had this same
exact issue. The error is "Registration Failed (Timeout)". This is the same
error
using pbxes.org. And yes, PBXes.org is configured properly. I followed the
directions located here:
http://seethisnowreadthis.com/2009/07/11/get-sipdroid-to-work-with-any-sip-provi
der-
on-your-android-phone/
And it still will not register over wifi, 3g or Edge.

Any resolution to this issue? Is this project dying?
I contacted broadvoice and they said the SIP request is missing an
authentication
string.

Unfortunately this seems to be the pattern. SIPBdroid developers mark any bugs
which
don't involve pbxes.org as "invalid" without trying to debug them :(
