Wrong flowrates are calculated when firmware uses volumetric E #72

I use Marlin configured to take mm³ for E. The flowrates calculated by the tool are therefore off by a factor of about 2.4 for 1.75mm filament, or 7 for 3mm filament.

Maybe adding an option in the tool to compensate for that would be nice.
