Toggle to show only granted (true/enabled) permissions #27

Showing all the permissions regardless of whether they are set or not could be showing a lot more than the user requires. Perhaps this should be the default behaviour and add a toggle to view ALL permissions.

But how do we know if an item should be shown? At least one permission value be "true"? At least one value not "Unset"?
