Pokemon lvl 0?? #1

Trainers have pokemon lvl 0

i just reloaded a saved game and pokemon from the trainer were at lvl 0

It was reported here too https://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=317980

Note that I did not find the exact rom you mentioned for patching :( too old probably

In top of that, if i reset and start from 0, it still says i have a streak of 7 pkm win and i can't choose my pokemon and trainers are lvl 0 etc...
