Add option to export metatile layer image #544

Export Primary/Secondary Metatiles Image... in the Tileset Editor creates a layered metatiles image. It sounds like (for porytiles, at least) it might be useful to also provide an option to export an image of each layer individually.

This would indeed be very helpful. I'm working on a decompiler command within Porytiles that will do something similar. But it's nice for users to have multiple ways of doing things!
