Progress reporting and cancellation #72

I can't see a way to get progress information out of an ffmpeg run. Some of these operations are long running. It would be very useful to get progress and have the ability to cancel a currently running process.

@kmcginnes I have a working sample of progress reporting in a local solution, I will get that implemented in the next release of Hudl.FFmpeg

I am working on a branch for cancellation as we speak. I should have this in the latest version of Hudl.FFmpeg by the end of the week. Sorry for such slow responses.
