Allow user to specify the max number of errors to print #3

Rather than defaulting to 5, allow the user to specify the max number they are ok with printing.

Thanks, @dlstadther! Could you change the default value to 5, given that was what was used before?

The default is now set to 5, but the user has an optional parameter at their disposal to easily change this for their own preference.
