Add a Socket class that contains socket information

Socket will be a class that wraps around the pyzmq socket and contains the following:

• socket definition
• socket instance
• name of the corresponding input (i.e. filter name)

Suggested in comments to Hudon/spike#10 to make code that deals with sockets more robust.
