Improve: adding mongodb service to docker-compose #209

Adding the mongodb service to the compose, additionally add an ENV_FILE ARG in the Dockerfile, in case we later have a compose for development and another for production.

@FranciscoJBrito It would be more efficient for me to review the changes in a single PR. Therefore, please close this PR if it's a duplicate of PR #210
