Update UI so list of lists is persistent #1

It would be easier to organize a long follow list if the Lists were easily accessible on scroll. A couple of thoughts

Make the list of followers a grid, set the top row of the grid as sticky and provide a bulk edit operation on the selected items in the grid.

Keep the existing UI but have the list of Lists sticky on scroll.

Make the UI two columns, list of Lists in column 1, list of Accounts in column 2. Column 2 is scrollable.
