I have added a recon poly with 6 edges - rotated by 30 degrees, and a solidified plane, and suddenly I got an unwanted result (it may be wanted in other cases). In my case I needed to reset the rotation of the recon poly, do the circular array and rotate it back afterwards.
I wouldn't say it is a big issue, more an enhancement to be able to ignore the rotation. I also tested it now by scaling it down, it isn't that what I wanted.
