Remove `huggingface-inference-toolkit` wheels in favour of GitHub URLs #69

Description

This PR removes the wheels for huggingface-inference-toolkit in favour of the GitHub URLs as the it has been recently released publicly at https://github.com/huggingface/huggingface-inference-toolkit.

Also the missing references to huggingface-inference-toolkit have been included.
