However, I believe my question touches upon a common interest for many users who seek to leverage existing email data for AI applications, especially in the context of chatbot development. It's somewhat surprising that this topic hasn't gathered more attention, considering the immense potential.

Working as an cms admin in my company. I have around 1 million emails back and forth to our customers. How can i utilize the emails to make a chatbot that will understand our products?(our products is not known on the internet)
(understand that i can fine-tune on the data id i structure it like question/answer, but can i train on unstructured emails?)
