MMS update #138

Since VITS has recently been merged, I've updated the TTS section so it no longer asks to install transformers from a branch.

The documentation is not available anymore as the PR was closed or merged.

Can either @Vaibhavs10 or @sanchit-gandhi please take a look? It's a minor update.
