@fgbelidji here is the PR related to the case study with Banque des Territoires (CDC Group) x Polyconseil can you please review and also let me know how the link between tables of content and titles works?

@fgbelidji for a reason I ignore the link 'La puissance du RAG au service d'objectifs environnementaux' in table of content does not work. Can you fix this? thanks :)
