[HANDS-ON BUG] #531

Describe the bug

Trying to install dependencites as described here https://huggingface.co/learn/deep-rl-course/unit1/hands-on#install-dependencies-and-create-a-virtual-screen-

apt install seems off since it's not a Colab command, produced a syntax error
pip install produced below subprocess error and forced exit.

A clear and concise description of what the bug is. Please share your notebook link so that we can reproduce the error
