Notebooks for Community Scripts-2

What does this PR do?

I've added 4 notebooks for the community scripts and are linked to the ReadMe as per advice given in #9905 . Also made slight improvements to the script.

Please let me know if any further corrections are needed and I will make the necessary changes.
