[i18n-PL] Translating docs to Polish

Hi!

Let's bring the documentation to all the Polish-speaking community 🌐 (currently 0 out of 267 complete)

Who would want to translate? Please follow the 🤗 TRANSLATING guide. Here is a list of the files ready for translation. Let us know in this issue if you'd like to translate any, and we'll add your name to the list.

Some notes:

• Please translate using an informal tone (imagine you are talking with a friend about transformers 🤗).
• Please translate in a gender-neutral way.
• Add your translations to the folder called pl inside the source folder.
• Register your translation in pl/_toctree.yml; please follow the order of the English version.
• Once you're finished, open a pull request and tag this issue by including #issue-number in the description, where issue-number is the number of this issue. Please ping @stevhliu and @MKhalusova for review.
• 🙋 If you'd like others to help you with the translation, you can also post in the 🤗 forums.

Thanks for kicking off the effort to translate the docs into Polish! 🥳 A few things:

• the multilingual.md doc doesn't belong in the Tutorial section and the Tutorial section is incomplete (peft.md, llm_tutorial.md, etc.)
• I can't read Polish so I can only review the structure and format of the doc. It'd be super helpful if you could find a group of contributors together who can read Polish to review the translated content. The forums and Discord are an excellent place to look for potential contributors!

Hey, sure thing. Also I think I might be able to deliever the translation by the end of this week. I used to work as a translator in the domain and with the help of tools like DeepL, OmegaT and even GPT4 it goes pretty well (of course I double check if there's no rubbish). I know there's no reassurance in what I said and it's more of a "trust me bro" ;) but well... it's my best shot for now, right?

But yeah, totally - I've been encouraging some folks. For now no replies but it's alright. The only thing I get is sometimes people give me feedback about the translation but doesn't want to be a part of a team because of "too much of a hassle".

Hej, jeśli chcesz dołączyć do tłumaczenia, ale nie wiesz jak się za to zabrać to prosta sprawa. Poniżej info co trzeba zrobić:

1. Wjedź na moje repozytorium, gdzie jest już częściowo zrobione tłumaczenie link.
2. Sprawdź co jeszcze wymaga tlumaczenia i utwórz gałąź o przedrostku pages/<nazwa sekcji która tłumaczysz (np. folder)>.
3. Pchnij gałąź na główne repozytorium. Nawet jeśli nic tam nie masz, to twoja przestrzeń i jest to info dla mnie i innych że Ty nad tą częścią pracujesz
4. Kiedy skończysz to wykonaj pull request na główną gałąź. Wszystkie twoje zmiany zostaną dodane po uprzednim sprawdzeniu.
5. No i fajrant. Przyczyniłeś się do spolszczenia dokumentacji 🤗. Na githubie będziesz uwzględniony jako kontrybutor.
