Make header rows identify as headers #1

Currently plugin just inserts header row as row no.1 at creation. There may be more I can do when creating this row to mark it up as a header to be interpreted by the consuming application(s) (cloud providers) as a header row.

Some techniques in Formatting cells with the Google Sheets API that, if not semantic, then will make these rows look and behave more like headers than plain cells.
