Drude Bulk curves look right, and I confirmed the correct inputs to match to Gupta, but could the problem be that I'm working in a unit system of meters? Therefore, my dielectric function someone has meters in it, leading to the wrong y values???

My curve doesn't get to -100 over the same value range...
