Hmm so not clear from ch 7/8 how to adjust this in general (in regard to angle) so need to email author or find other souce.
ETIHER WAY STILL SEEM TO FAIL TESTS FOR INCIDENCE. FOR EX. FOR

should get fig 5.5.3 for reflectance and theta = 0-0.5 degrees (eg incidence) but get something similar but not correct.
I noticed in my fibersim probgram (sim_traits) i compute transmittance as 1.0-Refletance but from 5.4.11 sophocles:

May be missing a factor of n(a)/n(b)
