add duration card to show time duration in format hh:mm:ss
reorganize workout status panel
display units (and unit name) below value
display duration in single row on top of screen
show distance, steps and calories as single Cards in one row

I like this, with the duration now being a full row. Do you think it would be tidier to put distance, calories, and steps on the same second row maybe?

I'm happy to hear that you like the duration card. I like the idea to have the other three values in one row. But that's only possible with units below the values or with a much smaller font size. I implemented the first option and edit the PR description above (also with screenshots).
