Add Support for Travis CI

As a collaborator or user, I want to be able to transparently see the health of the performance tests on the npm or github page. This is being selected since testling ci cannot easily support performance tests, although it would be a better target, given its multiple browser support

Acceptance:

Set up a Travis CI account (https://travis-ci.org/), hook up non-functional tests
Include badge and whatever further links are made available on the README
Include a way to access the results of benchmarks in the readme.

For the time-being, travis isn't really offering much benefit over-and-above ci.testling.com.
