Add end to end timing benchmark to benchmarks

since pondering factorizing activation layers and so on out, want to check this doesnt affect timings too much

Done. http://hughperkins.github.io/DeepCL/benchmarking/ Click 'results' for one of the top lines, and should see a results page. bottom of results pages has a couple of rows with 'type'='full', which are end to end benchmarks.
