[Patch] header fix for GCC 4.4.x #12

GCC 4.4 includes some C++ header changes -- in particular, <strings> no
longer includes stdio.h. This requires util.hh to include stdio.h manually.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
pure-0.29, Fedora 12 pre-alpha x86_64, llvm-2.5, gcc-4.4.1
