colord 1.4.5 release? #119

Hi Richard,

Sorry if this is being too pushy, but would you mind making a 1.4.5 release? A pending change in gnome-settings-daemon needs the helpers from https://github.com/hughsie/colord/pull/108 .

To make matters worse, Arch Linux is shipping a git snapshot from commit 1ce26da which doesn't have these helpers but reports a version of 1.4.5 in colord.pc. So Meson sees this colord >= 1.4.5 dependency as satisfied, but the build fails due to the missing helpers.

Not too pushy at all, a good idea. I've just tagged and uploaded 1.4.5 for you.
