Fix for 'Cannot read property 'command' of undefined', switch to new … #16

Not an atom package dev per ce. But workspaceView is deprecated, switching to the appropriate calls proposed in the new atom API seems to fix the issue.

@hughsk Please merge this PR asap, the package is completely broken.

This PR looks like it should fix everything very easily. I'm concerned that this repo isn't being maintained anymore.
