travis: Just test Node LTS #65

Just test Node LTS (easier than continually updating travis.yml, IMO)
Remove 'sudo: false' (this is what Travis now recommends)

Lmk if you just want me to add Node 6, 8, 10, 12 explicitly. I've been moving to just testing LTS only since it's less work to keep all the .travis.ymls up-to-date.
