3.0.0: Capture API, Firefox Support, Sauce Labs #12

Not quite ready to merge/publish yet, still needs updated documentation. And when it is published, should probably be a major bump to be safe. But everything works, the tests pass too :D

@timoxley @yoshuawuyts OK, done! Still room for improvement but I'm good to merge/publish as 3.0.0 if you guys are :)
