baseURL and check_site() #52

If I create a website with this theme blogdown will tell me "Found baseURL = "https://cranky-lalande-e3373f.netlify.app/"; nothing to do here!". But actually I have something to do here. :wink:

haha, well technically this is correct! There is a baseURL. Not sure I can tackle this- it probably needs to be an actual theme with an exampleSite so I can use / as the baseURL, which check_site() would trigger a [TODO] for.
