新功能描述 (New feature description)

将更换staticfile.org为staticfile.net, 详情请参见其官网： “受org域名备案影响主域名更新为 staticfile.net , org老域名不再维护请用户尽快更换为net。”

感谢提醒，已经添加到日程中，临时可以切换到本主题支持的其他CDN服务：resources.yaml#L3C1-L8C1
