Markdown Heading 1 is not represented in the Table of Contents #231

Describe the bug When the table of contents is enabled, the Heading 1 (#) is not represented in the table of contents at the top of the page.

Steps to reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Configure site to work with Hugo.
  2. Start hugo server
  3. go to "Markdown syntax guide" post

Expected behavior The table of contents shows includes headings.

My mistake. The TOC can be configured from within the hugo.toml config file and it was set to 2.
