Replace all config.yaml occurrences to hugo.yaml #304

After renaming config.yaml file into hugo.yaml in https://github.com/hugo-toha/hugo-toha.github.io/commit/bb359184f59e0ff346305fdc21b15b18ec9686fb, I've replaced all these occurrences in order to keep the consistency.
