Description

This PR is for adding support to Umami Analytics Tool that is an open source and fully GDPR compliant analytics tool.

Yep, done (https://github.com/hugo-toha/guides/pull/296). I also updated the PR to add support also to custom on-premise deplyment of the Umami tool.
