GUI retina support? #15

crisper font rendering in particular would go a long way in the examples.

Hey ! Apparently the UI was rendered way to small on high-dpi since pixel ratio was not taken into account. I believe this should do it, but not having any high-dpi device myself, I can't really make sure. If you could provide me some screenshots of the before-after comparison, that would help.
