Add Megascans editor icon #120

Apparently, this plugin is widely used, so I should make an icon for it: https://www.unrealengine.com/marketplace/en-US/product/restart-editor#

EDIT: And Bridge also!

EDIT2: the original feature was for the Restart plugin but since it seems to be not maintained anymore, I didn't do it... Though, I added a feature to restart the editor with a command: https://github.com/TheHerobrine/DarkerNodes/issues/120#issuecomment-774514030

Hum, apparently, the restart plugin is not available on 4.26, so I'm not sure if it's really useful to make an icon for this...

Or I may just add the restart feature to Darker Nodes, but I'm not sure if it's a good solution 🤔... (Still, I'll add the bridge logo)

I think I'll add a shortcut to restart the editor anyway, because I'm restarting it manually wayyy too often while developing Darker Nodes... It will be more of a debug feature though (so no icon)
