No pop-up window, no settings #99

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit on a Compaq Presario CQ62-238DX Notebook

Double-clicking the .exe runs it, I can two-finger scroll, but I do not have a 
settings window and cannot disable said scrolling, cannot change speeds, cannot 
modify any settings.

Using version 1.0.6

I have the same problem as above.  It runs, I can see it in the task manager, 
but don't have access to the GUI.  Version 1.0.9.  HP Pavillion g series 
running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.  But functionality is improved already
